Holz-Logistiker | in

Du regelst eigenverantwortlich die täglichen Abläufe unseres Inlands- und Exportgeschäfts und kommunizierst mit Forstämtern, unseren Förstern, Speditionen und Holzfahrern, sowie mit unseren kanadischen Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
Your tasks and responsibilities are ...
- Koordination der Abnahme und Vermessung, Bereitstellungsmeldungen der Forstämter und in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Außendienst.
- Abwicklung der kompletten Holzlogistik zu unseren inländischen/europäischen Kunden
- Abstimmung der Verladungen inklusive Bestellung der Container bei Speditionen und Terminfindung mit den Verladeunternehmen für unser Exportgeschäft.
- Folgearbeiten mit allen dazugehörigen Dokumenten u.a. Frachtpapiere / BL, Phytosanitäre Zeugnisse, Begasungszertifikate und Ursprungszeugnisse.
- Intensive Gespräche am Telefon oder per Email mit allen am Prozess beteiligten Personen. Ausbau unserer 2 Rhein-Häfen mit Bahnanschluss für die Rundholzlogistik
Your qualifications are ...
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistikdienstleistungen oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- Idealerweise fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Holz-Logistik
- Routinierter Umgang mit Standardsoftware (Windows, MS Office)
- Verhandlungsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent, Flexibilität , Teamfähigkeit Gute Deutsch- und
- Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort- und Schrift

- Negotiation skills and organizational talent, flexibility, team spirit, willingness to travel
- Simple English would be nice, of course, but not mandatory
